I am pleased to announce that I’ll be participating in Vegan Month of Food (aka Vegan MoFo) for the first time this month. If you’re not familiar with it, Vegan Mofo is a yearly blogathon in which vegan bloggers challenge themselves to post as much new and interesting content about vegan cooking and lifestyle as they can during the month of September.
